Helen is a professionally trained Singer, Dancer and Actress born and raised in Essex.
In 2015 she was head hunted to work as a casting assistant for one of the top Casting Directors in the world, Mark Summers. She has worked closely with Mark and his team ever since producing talent for brands such as Dove, TKMaxx, BMW and many more.
She also runs the largest online platform for performers in the UK ‘The Hustle’, which has near on 50,000 members. It’s a platform to provide work, advice and a sense of community to performers and members of the entertainment industry.
Helen won the title of London’s newest budding Cabaret Star in 2015 and took to the stages of the West End as ‘Lilian Lake’, her on stage alter ego. It wasn’t long before she was asked to host these shows, which is where she caught the bug for Presenting.
Since then, presenting roles have come in thick and fast. She has worked for ITV, Virgin Media, appeared on ‘Dinner Date’, had her own radio show on Phoenix FM, and is now working for Channel 5.
In her spare time Helen is highly committed to representing the LGBT community. She travels across the world, hosting Pride Events and giving talks on sexuality and acceptance.
